Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
Asciugo.com operates as a seller through Tradelle, a third-party platform. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that shipping, delivery, and certain processes are managed by Tradelle. However, we are committed to assisting customers and will facilitate communication with Tradelle to resolve any issues efficiently.
In line with our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, Asciugo offers the following policy:
1. Change-of-Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Returns must be for products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
The Customer bears the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Asciugo.com will help facilitate the return process with Tradelle to ensure it is handled smoothly.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered (wrong size, color, or model), contact us at info.asciugo@gmail.com
within 7 calendar days of delivery, providing clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
We will coordinate with Tradelle and the manufacturer to verify the issue and arrange a full or partial refund or replacement at our discretion.
3. Lost or Significantly Delayed Shipments
If tracking information shows no update for 30+ days or the shipment is confirmed lost, contact us.
We will actively communicate with Tradelle to evaluate the case for a full refund or reshipment.
4. Refunds
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that banks or card issuers may take additional days to process the refund.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The products sold on Asciugo.com are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Asciugo.com is not the manufacturer of the products and does not assume responsibility for defects or damages caused by improper use, modification, or non-compliance with safety instructions.
